Des délais d'attente incroyablement longs. J'ai l'impression qu'ils manquent de personnel ou sont débordés. Mon vieux vélo supplémentaire me manque ! Je compte sur mon vélo et je n'ai jamais rien eu de tel. J'ai aussi ramené mon vélo après un accident, et ils ne m'ont même pas demandé s'ils pouvaient réparer le feu cassé, ce que je trouve dommage.
Une équipe super sympa et compétente. Nous avons reçu de bons conseils et sommes ravis de nos nouveaux vélos électriques. Nous nous sentons toujours les bienvenus.
