Les mises à jour sont compliquées ; depuis que je suis devenu éditeur (il y a 3 ans), aucun n'a jamais travaillé tout de suite. Cela implique des échanges téléphoniques, des tickets et environ 4 heures de travail supplémentaire pour l'entreprise à chaque fois, ce qui entraîne même actuellement l'arrêt de la production à cause de cela. Le service client est incroyablement lent ; un bon service est tout autre chose. (Et en passant, le système ne fonctionne même pas sur les appareils Apple.)

J'utilise le logiciel depuis environ 10 ans. Il offre de nombreuses options de personnalisation et est facile à utiliser. La capacité multi-clients me permet de gérer la comptabilité de plusieurs clients. Puisqu'il s'agit d'une entreprise suisse, l'assistance est simple et vous savez qui est votre interlocuteur. De plus, vous pouvez suggérer des améliorations. Je peux certainement recommander le logiciel.

Le logiciel est simple et clairement structuré, ce qui le rend facile à apprendre et à utiliser pour les nouveaux utilisateurs. La personnalisation des différentes fonctions est également simple, ce qui nous permet d'adapter le programme à nos besoins spécifiques à tout moment. En cas de problème, notre assistance téléphonique et par e-mail est rapide et efficace.

The software is quite good and easy to use. The support, however, leaves much to be desired. We've been customers for over 10 years, and yet we rarely receive proper help. We're expected to forward inquiries about technical errors (bugs) to their technicians ourselves. Why is that? Am I supposed to make the bed in the morning too? The software is worth its price, in our opinion, but the support... well, I can't think of anything positive to say about it.

We've been using Q3 software for many years. We don't use all the packages, but the ones we need are perfect for us. The applications fulfill our needs, and we're completely satisfied with them. The transition to QR invoices went smoothly thanks to the excellent support; we were one of the first to use QR invoices in our municipality... If anything isn't clear, the support team is there to help us, even with simple questions. We're happy to recommend this software.

We've been using Q3 for over 20 years (back then on MS-DOS), and today we manage it for over 30 clients. In recent years, several useful and powerful features have been added (e.g., filtering, importing bank data, customizing/modifying printouts, exporting/importing, etc.). The software is modular; you only order what you need, from simple club accounting to a comprehensive ERP system. It's client-supporting and, for some time now, also network-compatible. It's easy to learn, with much of it being self-explanatory. The annual license fees are reasonable considering the range of features. We can wholeheartedly recommend it.
