Nos expériences avec Travelcoup ont toujours été excellentes. Il est compréhensible que les vols soient reportés ou déviés, car avec le prix spécial, ils doivent joindre les deux bouts d'une manière ou d'une autre. Il serait important que vous amélioriez votre publicité. Ici à Ibiza, pratiquement personne ne vous connaît. Tous ceux à qui je parle de vous sont enthousiastes.

"Méfiez-vous de Travelcoop – absolument peu fiable !" J'ai réservé un vol pour Palma, qui a simplement été reporté d'un jour deux jours avant le départ. Personne n'était disponible ce week-end pour résoudre le problème. Aucune compensation adéquate. Quatre semaines plus tard, je n'ai même pas reçu de remboursement pour le prix du billet – ils ne répondent plus aux e-mails. J'ai même dû faire appel à un avocat. Le service client est pire que celui de n’importe quelle compagnie aérienne à bas prix. Restez à l'écart !

The flight was delayed by over six hours the day before, for no apparent reason. According to Travelcoup, the reason was "unusual operational circumstances beyond our control." Despite an email inquiry (a month ago), I still haven't received a response. Their website advertises "first-class service," but paying customers are left waiting for hours, and customer inquiries aren't even answered. The one star is for the crew, who provided excellent service that day. The concept is great, but the execution is poor. I'll be flying business class with a conventional airline again.

Our flight was canceled twice, one day before departure. After several inquiries, the money was finally refunded weeks later. The second time, since July, we haven't received a refund at all, and still haven't! It's questionable whether this airline is even solvent or still exists. In any case, a huge disappointment and not recommended. It's a shame, the idea was good, but the execution is very questionable. Best to steer clear. A few weeks later: We were offered a free flight to Mallorca as compensation for the inconvenience, but unfortunately, no one has responded, even after two inquiries. It seems the free flight offer has been forgotten, or perhaps the airline no longer exists? It's a pity; it would have been a nice gesture. But this has definitely put us off flying with Travelcoup. This is not what luxury and comfort service should be!
