Malheureusement, ce n'est plus mon préféré... La communication avec le client n'est plus bonne. Le personnel junior a encore beaucoup à apprendre à cet égard.
Le premier appel téléphonique a été un peu chaotique, mais nous avons rapidement trouvé un terrain d’entente et j’ai finalement été entièrement satisfait. J'ai même eu la surprise de recevoir en prime une pièce neuve (un compresseur de climatisation). Le seul inconvénient est qu'il n'y a aucune information sur le paiement pour le ramassage en personne.
