Nous avons appelé Biozida hier pour nous renseigner sur certains insectes que nous avons trouvés dans la maison. Le contact a été rapide, compétent et axé sur le service. Après une courte discussion, nous envoyons une photo des insectes à Biozida et le propriétaire a rapidement compris qu'il s'agissait de "Waldschaben" inoffensifs et que des services étaient nécessaires. Le lendemain, il nous a même envoyé du matériel d'information sur Waldschaben !
