J'ai laissé mon portefeuille dans le bus Europa-Park et on m'a dit qu'il devait être déposé au dépôt Eurobus de Bassersdorf. La première fois que j'y suis allé, c'était fermé. Lors de ma deuxième tentative – le 4 juin – on m'a dit que les objets perdus et trouvés étaient éliminés après seulement quatre semaines. Éliminé ! Et le pire ? La femme ne pouvait pas me dire si l'objet était toujours là, s'il avait été remis à la police ou s'il avait fini ailleurs. Elle n’en avait absolument aucune idée. Elle ne savait tout simplement rien – ni où, ni quand, ni comment. Et ce malgré le fait que ma carte d’identité figurait dedans. Ce n'est pas seulement un morceau de papier perdu, c'est un document officiel ! Comment peut-on « jeter » des données personnelles en si peu de temps ? C’est non seulement irresponsable, mais potentiellement même illégal. Honnêtement, je suis déçu de la façon dont ces choses sont gérées.

The situation with the school bus service is absolutely appalling! The drivers don't speak German and are incapable of following instructions. They sugarcoat everything on the phone, emails are NEVER answered, and mistakes are always blamed on someone else. This company has been operating in the city of Winterthur for three years and still can't manage a week without making a mistake! And I'm not talking about two-minute delays due to traffic. I'm talking about serious safety deficiencies! Laws are simply ignored, and children are either not secured or not properly restrained. And to top it all off, the city tolerates everything, essentially ripping off taxpayers who are paying for a service that isn't being provided! Thanks for the cronyism and shady dealings of a Third World country!

School bus drivers wearing FFP masks? Seriously? I'm worried about my children who have to ride with your drivers! Besides, shouldn't children be able to see facial expressions and such? Can't you find decent drivers, at least for the children?
