Leur équipe de direction est ouverte à la négociation non seulement sur les prix, mais aussi sur le nombre de personnes et de camions utilisés. Nous avions une équipe de trois personnes (Alex, Seidi et Lucas) qui nous ont aidés avec le déménagement et ils ont fait un excellent travail en protégeant les meubles avec des couvertures et du papier d'emballage. Un autre grand avantage pour nous était que nous avons pu voyager avec eux dans les camions, ce qui nous a fait gagner beaucoup de temps. Une chose à savoir est que leurs offres excluent les taxes. Cela laisse un mauvais goût si on le rate, mais au final c'est un tout petit peu plus.

Bozo, Ruben et l'équipe étaient super. Ils ont été extrêmement efficaces avec le temps et prudents avec toutes nos affaires. Ils étaient également très gentils et respectueux. Nous avons un autre déménagement à venir prochainement et nous ferons certainement à nouveau appel à eux. Fortement recommandé.

Excellent service. We had a meeting a couple of weeks before the move so as to have an estimate of number of boxes that we would need, number of hours for the whole move and price. The estimation was very accurate and the price fair (not the cheapest offer we had, but the most reliable in terms of number of movers and their experience). We were really satisfied. And we have recommended this company to some acquaintances that have recently moved too and they were very happy too. We also requested the final cleaning of the old apartment and it went very well too.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had. From the packaging of the furniture and paintings, to the moving of all the furniture. They damaged the ceiling in one of our rooms and did not even tell us! We had to tell them because they were running away. Not to mention that to fix this issue they sent a painter, which never arrived. I had to book 3 appointments to have the ceiling repainted, and obviously it is not at all as it was before the move. On top of that, their customer service is terrible. They do not care about the client, all they want is the money. They constantly only wanted to be paid and in a short time frame or they will bill you extra costs. In one word: AVOID
