Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable ici pendant la période de Noël ! La vue était magnifique et très ensoleillée - l'hôtel était au-dessus des nuages - ce qui rendait Interlaken et tout en bas très brumeux. Nos enfants (âgés de 2 et 4 ans) ont adoré la piscine et ne se souciaient pas du tout de la température de l'eau, car pour nous il ne faisait pas froid. Il y a aussi un sauna pour vous réchauffer à l'intérieur de la piscine si vous en avez besoin. Notre expérience au restaurant était également incroyable ! La nourriture était vraiment bonne, le personnel très sympathique et les enfants étaient vraiment satisfaits du matériel de dessin dont disposait le restaurant. Le petit déjeuner mérite également un commentaire car il était vraiment bon ! Nos enfants ont beaucoup d’énergie et ce n’est pas facile de trouver un bon hôtel pour séjourner avec eux. Mais je dois dire que c'était notre meilleur séjour avec les enfants jusqu'à présent - tout le monde l'adore.
C'était une expérience fantastique. Nous sommes restés presque une semaine à la mi-décembre. Une vue directement depuis les chambres était tout simplement magnifique. Suis-je mort et je vois le paradis ? Les montagnes devant l'hôtel, de l'autre côté d'un lac, à voir tous les matins au réveil, puis au petit-déjeuner, en attendant que le soleil change leurs couleurs du bleu profond au doré brillant... Il est impossible de décrire avec des mots ce niveau de beauté. Et le personnel faisait tout pour que nous nous sentions comme chez nous, et même mieux. La véritable hospitalité suisse combinée au plus haut niveau de service. Propreté extrême. Nourriture délicieuse. Selon moi, c'est le meilleur hôtel suisse de tous les temps. Je le recommande vivement.
J'ai passé mes 30 ans dans cet hôtel et c'était vraiment inoubliable ! Ils m'ont donné la meilleure chambre au 13ème étage avec une vue incroyable. Je tiens sincèrement à remercier toute l'équipe pour son accueil chaleureux et sa gentillesse. Le paysage…

We stayed here with my partner from 12–15 February, arriving via Zurich and driving about two hours to the hotel — already a scenic introduction to the region. We were lucky to receive a top-floor apartment facing both the lake and the mountains. The panoramic view alone feels like part of the experience, especially at sunrise and sunset. The apartment itself was spacious, clean and fully equipped — it genuinely felt more like a comfortable alpine home than a hotel room. The breakfast exceeded expectations. Although the hotel is rated four stars, the quality and variety were clearly closer to five-star standard. The restaurant also offers stunning mountain views, which makes even a simple morning coffee memorable. The spa area deserves special mention — it is far better than the photos suggest. The pool is large, and the wellness facilities include a bio sauna, steam sauna, Finnish sauna and cold plunge tub. Towels, slippers and bathrobes are all provided, making the whole experience very smooth and relaxing. Parking is extremely convenient in the private underground garage, with elevator access directly to the floors. The bar area is cozy and atmospheric in the evenings. Staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Nearby Interlaken is only a short drive away (with Lidl and Aldi available), while Grindelwald is about 45 minutes by car — perfect for skiing or sledding. A very useful bonus: the ski lift ticket also includes the local train transport. Overall: a relaxing mountain retreat with exceptional views, strong wellness facilities and comfort above its category. We would definitely return.
