Non recommandé Personne ne parle allemand Vous êtes obligé d'acheter des additifs aux produits Vous voulez acheter quelque chose et soudain, trois employés se tiennent autour de vous. C'est une atmosphère très désagréable. Certains employés sont très irrespectueux et très émotifs lorsque vous refusez poliment des extras comme une extension de garantie. Employés extrêmement désagréables. Ils veulent me vendre des extras pour ma télévision qui coûtent 500.- de plus et ils ne peuvent pas m'expliquer en allemand ce que comprennent les extras et je devrais alors payer le supplément. Mediamarkt était tellement mieux. Les nouveaux employés n'ont absolument aucune expertise professionnelle.
Les employés de l'aire de vente étaient tous serviables et portaient correctement leurs masques, à la caisse... pas tellement. La jeune femme qui travaillait là-bas était sympa mais le masque était sous son menton, ainsi que 2 autres ouvriers derrière elle. A part ça, j'ai eu une impression agréable du magasin.
Personnel serviable ! Le vendeur José était à l'écoute et très utile pour nous expliquer nos différentes options avec différents produits. J'aimerais que nous puissions le remercier encore une fois d'avoir pris le temps d'expliquer les choses si clairement.
Best workers and management, efficiency, attendance to the client. Very pleased with the concrete answers and feedback from manager and Pleurat. Taking the extra mile for the client is something that we didn't find in the other Media Markt in Bern Muri and Fribourg. Great dedication guys! Even on Black Friday.
Good media markt store with friendly people and a vast range of products to offer. Store within the comercial center surrounded by other stores.
Disappointing service I brought my apple product to the Service Clark because it wasn’t working right and instead of an exchange right away they told me they’d have to send it away and I need to wait up to 3 week for the exchange / repair without watching any kind of 📺 Sad 😢 for such a huge company that they don’t exchange it and deal with intern problems about the product later
