AVERTISSEMENT Optic2000 ⚠️ 120 CHF pour un soi-disant examen de la vue à 55 CHF, qui s'avère incorrect, obligeant à refaire un examen précipité et approximatif à 60 CHF. Ils te proposent une assurance (une fausse), et quand tu te rends compte que les premier et deuxième tests ne couvrent toujours pas, et qu'un œil est testé tu as une cataracte = opération !! La gérante, une professionnelle, l'aurait vu lors des tests... mais elle veut juste faire une vente, ce qui vous oblige à avoir besoin de nouvelles lunettes avec de nouveaux verres pour rien. Tout cela pendant la période de garantie de 3 mois, avec une chirurgie oculaire au 4ème mois, vous serez donc obligé de payer de nouvelles lentilles avec une prescription différente !! La réponse du manager ? Pas de temps pour discuter, pas de rendez-vous possible pour discuter de quoi faire et comment ! Une énorme arnaque ‼️

About three months ago, I rushed into the store in a complete panic. The lens of my glasses had shattered, and I was totally lost because I couldn't see anything without them. Not only did they give me contact lenses to tide me over until my new glasses arrived, but they really went the extra mile, advising me and delivering my new glasses that same week. I was thrilled! I'd never worn glasses before. My ophthalmologist prescribed a pair for me, so I chose Optic 2000 because I'm at the Centre Brügg once a week. The service was excellent. They were incredibly competent, and I've rarely experienced such great and friendly service. The glasses weren't quite perfect the first time, so I was given a second appointment where everything was professionally checked and the lenses were adjusted. Many thanks to Ms. Bachmann. Truly superb service!
