J’ai une idée différente de ce que devrait être la gestion immobilière professionnelle. Leur façon de travailler semble fortement axée sur un seul individu et rappelle davantage un one-man show qu'une société de gestion gérée par des professionnels. Les délais et les processus organisationnels ne sont pas respectés de manière fiable, alors qu'il existe en même temps une grande marge d'auto-promotion. En revanche, une communication transparente et constructive avec l'association des propriétaires m'a largement manqué. D’après mon expérience, les questions critiques sont souvent détournées, parfois même via des lettres d’avocats plutôt que par le biais d’un dialogue direct. Quiconque souhaite éviter des ennuis inutiles devrait éviter cette « société de gestion ».

Outstanding management – highly recommended! I rented an apartment managed by Immodue for 2.5 years and can only say positive things. From the first contact to handing over the apartment, everything was absolutely exemplary. Communication was very professional, friendly, and particularly prompt – regardless of whether it was general questions, concerns, or minor repairs. The management was always available and took care of everything immediately. I never felt like I was "just" a tenant; I was always treated with respect and appreciation. I was particularly impressed by the transparency and fairness in all matters. There were no hidden costs, no unexpected difficulties – simply an all-around pleasant tenancy. The apartment handover also went smoothly and fairly, which isn't always a given with every management company.
