Malchanceux, j'ai perdu l'audience mais le personnel gentil et serviable m'a fait entrer et m'a montré ma salle d'audience.

The letters I sent are clearly not being read or considered. Despite my demonstrable residence in another country, I am being served with court summonses. This procedure violates applicable European regulations and infringes upon fundamental procedural rights. The identified irregularities stem from the organization and actions of this court. This approach is unacceptable and leads to a situation of complete legal uncertainty and de facto lack of protection for the person concerned. It appears that actions are being taken without regard for applicable law or international jurisdiction. Such conduct is shameful for a judicial authority and undermines confidence in the rule of law.
Unfortunately, this has been a very disappointing experience. I've been waiting for my will to be read for over five months – with no concrete response or progress. I'm repeatedly fobbed off by phone with the message that there aren't enough staff and they won't be able to keep up. While there may be some understanding for internal problems, the long wait and lack of communication are stressful for the affected relatives. Behind every case are people hoping for clarity and closure in an already difficult situation. More transparency, binding deadlines, and respect for those waiting are urgently needed.
The verdict against the 44-year-old Indian man who physically abused a 15-year-old girl on a flight to Switzerland is a scandal – for the court and for Switzerland! The man received an 18-month suspended sentence!
