L'employé de cette succursale était extrêmement impoli. Il n'était absolument pas orienté vers le client et ne montrait aucun intérêt à trouver une solution. Je ne retournerai jamais dans cette succursale !
The branch manager was incompetent. Completely overwhelmed, her German wasn't good, and she was unfriendly to people with disabilities. She insisted on returning an online order without the box, claiming she'd have to dispose of it anyway. Absolutely terrible.
The shop is neat and tidy. However, this is the third time I've been served in a disinterested, unprofessional, and rude manner. That's simply unacceptable.
This store doesn't accept online returns of sporting goods because it's not a Dosenbach Sport store. I have to return it in person at a Dosenbach Sport location, even though it says it's available in every branch! I won't be shopping at this store again!
