Je loue une bouteille de gaz de soudage à l'argon de 10 litres chez PanGas depuis sept ans. Aujourd'hui, PanGas est devenue Linde Gas. Le prix de location du cylindre a doublé en deux étapes, passant de 53 € par an. Il n'y a eu aucune notification préalable, j'ai donc pu annuler le contrat. La facture arrive un jour avant l'expiration du contrat. Cela signifie que je suis bloqué sur trois ans supplémentaires au prix exorbitant de 93 € (hors TVA). Linde Gas affirme se concentrer sur la qualité et l'amélioration continue. Ha! Les cylindres sont exactement les mêmes que d'habitude. Je déconseille fortement de louer une bouteille auprès de cette société. C'est une arnaque complète.

The costs are not transparent! Only the base price is listed online, but several additional charges apply on-site (making it more expensive than retail stores). The customer service hotline is unfriendly instead of understanding. I haven't received a response even after a week. Professional customer service training would likely be very helpful for management.

I purchased a product through the e-shop on March 28th and canceled the order a few hours later. Today is July 16th, and I'm still waiting for my refund (4 months). Furthermore, it seems they're trying to refund me less than the amount I paid due to strange credit card and VAT charges. I've never seen anything like this before. I think it was the worst customer service experience I've ever had, a disgrace.

Unusable customer service! Questions about unclear invoices go unanswered for weeks. The only contact options listed are the useless hotline and email address! Multiple emails have been ignored, not read properly, and not answered. Calling the hotline is pointless and a waste of time since nothing ever happens.
