Avant tout, quelle merveilleuse équipe médicale, dirigée par le Dr Kuhn et pardonnez-moi au Dr Z de ne pas avoir l'orthographe complète de votre nom. J'avais tellement mal quand je suis arrivé le 7 mai après m'être cassé une côte et percé mon poumon gauche. Les 2 médecins et le personnel soignant formidable. et les techniciens en radiographie ont vraiment pris soin de moi, tout comme les gens du restaurant - même si les choix alimentaires laissaient à désirer, surtout pour un diabétique de type 1 (pommes de terre bouillies et fromage pour le dîner ?) ! Quoi qu’il en soit, les médecins et le personnel (oui toi Aline) ont pris grand soin de moi. Merci à tous. J'ai toujours mal mais maintenant à la maison

Après une vilaine chute et les premiers soins au centre médical de Wengen, ils ont conclu que nous avions besoin d'un chirurgien et ont été envoyés dans cet hôpital. La communication était parfaite et les urgences nous attendaient. Nous avons été aidés de manière très rapide (surtout aux urgences). Le médecin qui nous a admis ainsi que le médecin assistant et le chirurgien étaient super sympathiques et professionnels. Nous pensons avoir reçu les meilleurs soins possibles. Merci encore à tout le staff médical !

J'ai été soigné ici le mardi 18 février. Je voudrais dire un IMMENSE MERCI à TOUS ceux qui ont aidé ce jour-là. Un poignet cassé a été placé dans un plâtre ouvert pour le vol, accompagné d'une lettre destinée à la compagnie aérienne. Hospita très très propre et des gens adorables qui m'ont donné des mises à jour très claires. Mon hôpital local a également été très impressionné. Bonne chance à tous !

We had a caesarean delivery here. We stayed in the house K, 2nd floor for 4 days. The care of the nurses and midwives was very good!!! I am writing this review to comment on how surprisingly bad the in-room meal system is. There are 3 meals and not 4. Breakfast is always the same and very basic and sometimes they forget the fruit or yoghurt. Dinner is a joke, very little in quantity, ultra light things like salad or fruit.... Lunch is usually a bit better. What prompted me to write this is not so much the poor quality of the food but also the people who come to take the orders and serve it. These people are almost rude, you work in a hospital, it's not a Mac Donalds! The lady comes to take the order 4 days before, she has no options (hard cheese or white cheese are the options...) it doesn't make any sense. And in the end they always change or forget something from what you order. The girls who serve the food come in loud and fast, shuffle the tray and then come all the time to ask if we are done. If you don't finish quickly, they leave your tray until the next day. And if you walk down the corridor when they retire the trays, you will see how they arrange the trays in a rough way and you can hear broken glass more than once. The hospital and the professionals are good, but the hospitality leaves a lot of room for improvement and I didn't want to let it go.

Clean, staff is quite friendly and the hole hospital is quite accessible. There's a small bar and a restaurant on the bottom floor.
