De la coordination des essais routiers des voitures neuves chez les concessionnaires, à la gestion de l'offre et à une livraison fluide des voitures. Simone m'a guidé et soutenu tout au long du processus avec une communication rapide et efficace.
Tout au long de la durée du bail, Jamie a toujours été un interlocuteur compétent, amical et surtout courtois. Mes demandes ont toujours été traitées et résolues rapidement. Je peux fortement recommander Alphabet.

I found the support from Alphabet to be very pleasant and attentive. I would especially like to highlight Ms. Häusermann, who always dealt with my concerns quickly and with dedication. As a customer, I always felt taken seriously and valued. I will definitely be back in the future.
The long delivery time for the car was clearly communicated in advance, and during the waiting period, we were promptly informed of any updates. BMW did, in fact, meet the delivery deadline. The unprofessionalism began when the car was already delivered to Alphabet and was supposed to "only" be refurbished. No advance planning was possible, no information was provided, and communication was lacking. Customers were expected to adapt to Alphabet's schedule as if they were buying/renting a loaf of bread, rather than a car, which requires advance planning. Information was not passed on, and customers were subjected to argumentative and argumentative behavior. They only relented when contract termination was seriously considered.
