I strongly advise against this optician. I bought my first pair of glasses (CHF 850) at Brillen Bryner AG in Dietikon, even though they told me they wouldn't fit perfectly. As a first-time glasses wearer, I couldn't judge that. Unfortunately, it turned out that the glasses pressed extremely hard on my nose and caused severe headaches. Despite contacting them multiple times and the fact that the glasses are unacceptable for my health, the store refuses to offer any compensation or refund. No goodwill, no service – just excuses. I do not recommend anyone shop here. Poor customer service, zero accountability. This is no way to treat paying customers.
