Très déçu. J'ai acheté l'offre Internet Sunrise, avant même son activation, Sunrise a augmenté le prix ! En gros, c'est une arnaque, j'achetais un prix et il a augmenté un mois avant même qu'il ne soit activé. Ce n'est pas tout, le jour de l'activation, Sunrise a oublié de le faire. Ils ne peuvent pas le réparer pour le deuxième jour. Comme je travaille à domicile, c’est un désastre. Je ne parviens pas à passer par la hotline. Ne recommande pas !!!

QoQa is truly fantastic. Many of their products are from the premium segment, which is why the prices are a bit higher. However, the value for money is excellent. Out of all my numerous orders, I've only had two defects/complaints, both of which were resolved easily and to my complete satisfaction. Especially with online and in-store shopping, this kind of service is exceptional and deserves the highest praise.
