Un tel projet était pour nous très intimidant. Ronnie et son équipe ont été EXCEPTIONNELS du début à la fin, rendant le tout aussi fluide que possible. Je ne saurais trop recommander la piscine Freestyle, tout simplement géniale. Les résultats parlent d'eux-mêmes. Absolument génial. Je n'hésiterais pas à réaliser un autre projet avec Ronnie et l'équipe.

Nous avons demandé à Freestylepool de remplacer notre ancienne piscine. Nous avons maintenant une belle nouvelle piscine. Je suis extrêmement satisfait. Tout s'est parfaitement déroulé du début à la fin. Le personnel était incroyablement sympathique. Chaque employé était hautement professionnel, courtois et ponctuel ; ils ont toujours laissé le chantier très propre. Je peux recommander de tout cœur cette entreprise. Pour ceux que cela intéresse, il existe à Embrach un fantastique showroom où vous pourrez vous faire une idée de leur travail et recueillir des idées. Je ne connais aucune autre entreprise de construction de piscines qui propose à la fois des services de construction de piscines et d'aménagement paysager à partir d'une seule source. A True Freestyle Disaster Unfortunately, I have little positive to say about Freestyle Pool – even though I've been a loyal customer for over 10 years. The company name may be "Freestyle," but the service doesn't live up to that expectation. After years of putting up with increasingly poor service, Freestyle Pool finally canceled my service contract – and this after all those years of being a loyal customer and paying above-average prices. The reason for the cancellation was that they "didn't have enough technicians." But that's just another chapter in a series of problems. Years ago, I had Freestyle Pool build my pool, and initially, everything went smoothly. But for some inexplicable reason, the company decided to build the mechanical room underground instead of integrating it into the house – a serious misunderstanding. Today, managing the humidity in this room is a constant challenge. Therefore, parts, including the expensive pump, need to be replaced regularly. Proper planning, professional clarification, and execution could undoubtedly have prevented this. But that was just the beginning. After just one year, leaks appeared in the newly installed pipes, causing significant water damage – which, of course, I had to bear myself. Subsequently, the heat exchanger also failed. The replacement meant that we had to go without a functioning pool heater for months. The responsible Freestyle Pool employee, however, was not only unaccommodating but also arrogant, claiming that it was the same model – which later turned out to be demonstrably false. It was only an experienced technician from another company who discovered that the heat exchanger settings had been incorrectly adjusted – another failing by Freestyle Pool. The service, which was initially considered satisfactory, developed over time into a complete disappointment. The employees were increasingly uncooperative, sometimes unqualified, and constantly shifted the responsibility onto others. Instead of offering solutions, there were repeated excuses and blame. This is unacceptable for a service provider in this high-priced industry. Despite all these shortcomings and repeated setbacks, I remained loyal to the company because they had built and installed the entire pool system. But today, after speaking with other pool companies, I can clearly see the significant difference in quality. For this reason, I would NOT recommend Freestyle Pool. The arrogant behavior and poor service quality speak for themselves. Conclusion: If you're hoping for a functioning pool and reliable service, I advise you to look for another company. Freestyle Pool (Zürrer Gartenbau GmbH) has more than lived up to its name – but in a way that I can't recommend to anyone. R. Bättig

Freestyle was responsible for the maintenance of our pool for the past seven years. The service was always excellent, and the staff were very friendly, competent, and reliable. We have now switched providers because we live at the opposite end of the canton of Zurich.
