Juste ici aujourd'hui pour déclarer notre voiture à la douane. Il se trouve dans le bâtiment M et il n'y a aucun panneau indiquant cela (du moins à l'entrée par laquelle nous sommes passés). Parking gratuit juste à l'extérieur.

J'y suis allé sur la base des avis pour déclarer ma voiture, c'était en effet plutôt fluide. Ils parlent anglais. Je laisse quelques photos du 22 novembre 2021, ça pourra peut-être aider certaines personnes !

I went to their office this morning as I need to import my car from Spain. Of course I was a little worried that they may not speak English and perhaps I might be missing a document, etc. They are SUPER efficient, professional and friendly and they speak fluent English!! I was missing a document to complete my file, but rather than tell me to return when I had it, he picked the phone and called the town hall where I lived 4 years ago and asked them to send it directly to him. I could not have asked for better service and am writing this comment to tell them « thank you » for making the procedure so easy.

Parking for customers is only available free of charge for 30min and you can only pay for it with cash... How is anyone else supposed to leave the parking??!! This is simply ridiculous, it's 21st century...

Today I had to declare the car for customs, because I am importing it from another country. At the beginning I asked if it could be in English, because I am not at the level where I speak German very well. To which the employee responded positively, but in the process of work we continued in German so that the employee had an understanding of the level I am at.
