De loin la meilleure entreprise de déménagement de la région ! Planification simple et flexible, extrêmement professionnelle du début à la fin. Les deux employés, Adrian et Raul, étaient exceptionnellement amicaux et arrangeants. Tout a été traité rapidement et à notre entière satisfaction ! Il est bon de savoir qu'il existe encore des entreprises sur lesquelles vous pouvez compter à tout moment. Un grand merci pour votre service client exceptionnel, nous les utiliserions à nouveau avec plaisir.

Unfortunately, we had bad luck with our move with Brägger and Thomann. Several pieces of furniture were damaged during transport, some so badly that they are no longer fit for their intended purpose (you can still sit on a ripped sofa, but you certainly wouldn't want it in your apartment; a dining table with broken legs poses a safety hazard). The claims process has been dragging on for months now. Instead of admitting their mistakes and covering the damages, they're referring us to their insurance company. This would all be understandable if our move had been handled by a cheap or mid-range company. But we used the most expensive one. I expect a corresponding level of quality in their work – and if that's not guaranteed, then at least a prompt and reasonable claims settlement.
