Unfortunately, this was completely unsatisfactory. After inquiring, I was told that spare parts were in stock, but that wasn't the case. After several follow-up emails and phone calls, I finally received a response. Then, suddenly, they offered a repair (return) only after receiving prepayment. After finally receiving it back, it worked for about 10 minutes, and then the old problem reappeared... What a shame, but never again!
