Bonjour, j'apprécierais que vous puissiez examiner mes demandes d'assistance. Je souhaite activer les services d'analyse du courrier pour GDOC Holding et GDOC Lasercom, mais je n'y parviens pas. GDOC Holding ne reconnaît pas l'adresse. GDOC Lasercom a été activé mais est en cours d'évaluation. Si possible, j'aimerais changer le plan de paiement de gratuit à celui de VILT Suisse, afin d'avoir le même niveau de service dans les trois entreprises avec lesquelles je travaille. Merci.
Il s'agit d'un service formidable pour les particuliers et les petites entreprises. Cela peut contribuer à une réduction significative des coûts et des délais. Le service a encore besoin de quelques améliorations, l'une d'elles étant la possibilité de gérer la publication d'entreprise via l'application mobile.
Mauvais service. Exemple : Toutes les factures payées. Klara a bloqué l'accès. Fausse raison : facture non payée... .mais impossible de dire laquelle :-))) Aucune réponse aux mails. Support technique - très médiocre et non professionnel. Je ne recommande pas. Perte d'argent et de TEMPS !
Amazing service! Daniel Mühlethaler guided me through all the processes, answered all my questions, and provided all details to the topics we discussed. He was polite and patient, even when he had to explain the same topic several times, so that I can understand the whole picture. Professionalism, preciseness, transparency, and time efficiency.
I have nothing good to say about them. I couldn't cancel the test subscription or reach the support on my computer. There was no phone number I could call. I explained everything and sent videos of the problem. But the still charged me. Despite me clearly showing them that I couldn't cancel the test account, they will not refund my money. Klara don't want happy costumers they only want your money.
Beware of Unreliable Billing Practices! I’ve used the ePost service that they run for the SwissPost for over a year now. Their billing practices are a nightmare. They provide no email reminders for overdue payments, instead locking you out of the app where all communication occurs. This means you can't access your account or see any notifications about late invoices. Even after I settled an old invoice, my account was continued to be locked for an additional five days, and counting. To unlock it, they demanded proof of payment (of a QR invoice) for a verification process that feels absurdly outdated for a digital service. Most frustratingly, my mail is essentially held hostage during this time—I receive notifications for incoming mail without any access to view or manage it, missing the windows to order originals, all for less than CHF 20. This service's potential is completely overshadowed by its archaic and user-unfriendly policies. Exercise extreme caution!
