Après de nombreuses années en tant que client fidèle, je suis profondément déçu par vos actions. Fin 2024, mon assurance protection juridique a été résiliée suite à une procédure judiciaire sans aucun avertissement ni explication de votre part. Je trouve une telle décision sans communication ni discussion préalable avec le client totalement inacceptable. Ce qui est encore plus incompréhensible, c'est que même ma femme – qui n'a jamais eu de procès – n'est plus acceptée par aucune autre assurance de protection juridique. J'aurais attendu plus de transparence, d'équité et de professionnalisme de la part d'un grand assureur comme AXA ARAG.
