J'ai planifié très soigneusement mon déménagement en Suisse centrale et j'ai choisi Gabriel Transport comme entreprise de déménagement, sur recommandation d'un collègue. Ils ont effectué une visite des lieux à mon domicile et m'ont donné des conseils utiles pour le déménagement. Par la suite, j’ai reçu un devis que j’ai trouvé très transparent et juste. Le jour du déménagement, quatre déménageurs très motivés et expérimentés sont arrivés et ont méticuleusement transporté tous mes biens jusqu'à mon nouvel emplacement. J'ai été impressionné par le professionnalisme avec lequel l'ensemble du processus a été géré. Ils connaissaient vraiment leur métier et appréciaient clairement leur travail ! J'ai été particulièrement impressionné par l'ascenseur extérieur, qui leur a permis d'amener mes meubles directement dans mon appartement par la fenêtre du troisième étage. Au final, la facture finale était exactement comme indiqué. Je recommande sans réserve cette entreprise de déménagement !

One star is too many for this company. We were given a quote that indicated a specific amount. But after the movers arrived, the price suddenly increased. According to the mover, the move was supposed to take 6 hours, but despite our help, the helpers took 8 hours. It was obvious that the helpers were exploiting every minute to drive up the price. They even carried every single item into the elevator to extend the working time. We even had to pay for the helpers' breaks, even though they weren't working during those breaks. When the helpers were finished, we received a final sheet showing the working hours and costs. But when the final invoice arrived, it was CHF 1,000 higher than agreed. The invoice also included costs for materials that were never discussed with us. We tried to resolve this matter with the manager, but he showed no understanding. If you're looking for a moving company that charges you for breaks and then bills you for material costs afterward, then this company might be right for you. But we wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
