J'ai acheté un paquet de DermaPlast 2,5 cm x 9,2 m en pharmacie. A la maison, je voulais mettre ce rouleau sur mon distributeur bleu, qui est conçu pour le format 2,5 cm x 10 m. À mon grand étonnement, j'ai découvert que cela ne fonctionnait pas. Le rouleau que j'ai acheté n'était pas assez grand et ne rentrait donc pas. Un peu surpris, je suis allé à la pharmacie et j'ai demandé la raison. Le responsable très sympathique a confirmé qu'il était au courant de ce problème et n'a malheureusement pas pu me dire pourquoi. Lorsque j'ai demandé s'il était possible d'acheter un nouveau distributeur adapté, elle m'a répondu (après avoir vérifié directement auprès de l'entreprise) que ce n'était malheureusement pas possible car ils ne proposent plus de distributeurs. Je trouve ce service extrêmement médiocre. Le pack est devenu plus petit (seulement 9,2 m au lieu de 10 m), et le distributeur correspondant n'est plus disponible à l'achat. Enter there from the 4th road... go down into the tunnel, then keep left and go all the way down to the barrier... press unload or load on the barrier... just as soon as you arrive a person will come out and tell you which ramp... twice there was ramp 5, unloading was quick and you leave the same way... hand over the documents on the ramp

Incompetent, unfriendly, disinterested, and lazy. I called to have the billing address changed. Specifically, to the person who makes the payments for my grandmother. The central pharmacy refuses to change the billing address, claiming they can't even do it. Despite having power of attorney, etc. I don't know of any company that sends out invoices but can't change the billing address. Feel free to try and pass that off on others. When I demanded to speak to the managing director, I was told he was on vacation and that there was supposedly no deputy either. Equally unbelievable.
