J'aime cet endroit, car il est facile d'accès, il y a un assez bon parking, un grand bâtiment et un bon choix et le personnel ici est serviable et gentil. C'est toujours agréable de faire du shopping ici.

Je suis vraiment choqué par le service client de cette filiale. J'ai visité environ 100 Jumbos en Suisse et je n'ai jamais trouvé quelque chose de pire que celui-ci. le directeur là-bas est purement arrogant 0 amical avec les clients Jumbo Central il faut vraiment faire quelque chose

impressive customer service ! I went there after I was unable to mount some part of a coffee machine since the part I had to replace was way too firmly attached. I had bought the machine in Seedamm-Center the day before. I mentioned the issue at the information counter. No question asked. Help was provided immediately. With smiles and much attention. Took them 5 to 10 minutes to fix the issue. In the meantime nice interactions was some other staff members. COVID times. Well organized... but many customers of course showing not much respect for the signage and the efforts they put to make this place as safe as possible. Anyway I was impressed by the friendliness and very customer oriented attitude. I can't repeat that enough ;-)

The staff are nice, but are too busy to help. You are on your own mostly. This store used to be much better before jumbo took over
