Un grand merci pour le service expert, axé sur le client et généralement exceptionnel. Tout a commencé avec le chef de projet, M. Prcela, qui m'a fourni d'excellents conseils préliminaires. M. Falco, responsable de l'exécution, m'a impressionné par son calme et son professionnalisme. J'ai même pu le bombarder de questions supplémentaires. La recharge AC pour les voitures électriques est malheureusement très chère : 60 centimes par kWh + frais de démarrage + frais de stationnement. (A titre de comparaison : LIDL : 26 centimes. Energie 360 : 29 centimes). Je n'ai jamais vu personne profiter de cette mauvaise offre.
We recently moved within the EW Höfe area and received excellent service for our fiber optic connection. Communication was very smooth, and Mr. Hahn from Etzelnet went the extra mile to ensure we were online before our moving date. I can definitely recommend them!
It's rare, but there are still some rip-off companies out there that don't operate properly. A meter had to be picked up from my place; the technician was there for 15 minutes, the drive from Freienbach to Wollerau each way took about 10 minutes (total 30-35 minutes). They charged for an hour, plus a call-out fee. It's a shame that they rip off their customers like that. I called the relevant department but am still waiting for a callback, which says it all. And I was even planning to switch my TV/internet/phone service to this company. No thanks.
Excellent analysis and proactive troubleshooting by EW Höfe in a "I don't have internet" case (Mr. Steiner). Thank you. What many people don't know: EW Höfe also offers internet connections with subscriptions. This eliminates the back-and-forth with the major providers (Swisscom, etc.).
