Après neuf ans en tant que locataire fiable dans la Rathausgasse à Glaris, j'aimerais partager mes expériences avec RuRu Immobilien GmbH. Plusieurs incidents survenus lors de la phase finale de ma location laissaient beaucoup à désirer : 1. Notification tardive des travaux de construction Nous n'avons été informés de travaux importants sur la toiture qu'après le montage des échafaudages sur la façade. 2. Entrée non autorisée dans l'appartement Malgré un accord clair selon lequel l'accès à l'appartement ne pouvait être effectué qu'après accord préalable après le déménagement mais avant la remise officielle, cet accord n'a pas été respecté. 3. Processus de transfert excessivement long La remise a duré 3,5 heures – en partie parce que la société de gestion immobilière a changé et que l'état de l'appartement a été documenté de manière très détaillée. Cependant, bon nombre de ces détails n’avaient aucun rapport avec la passation de pouvoir réelle. En raison de ces problèmes, ainsi que du manque de professionnalisme de l'un des employés, je ne peux pas recommander de louer un appartement chez RuRu Immobilien GmbH. Sophie Oehring

Unfortunately, I've had a bad experience with this company. Administratively, they're a complete mess, so I ended up having to pay my neighbors' utility bills. The first time, I was given an in-person appointment to explain things. I was literally talked to death. The second time, I requested information in writing. Instead of an answer and an explanation, I received late fees and debt collection notices. As a landlord, you can certainly outsource work to RuRu Immobilien very cheaply. However, the bad reputation and dissatisfied tenants are practically guaranteed. Long story short: poor communication and administrative chaos.

This property doesn't care about anything, as long as the tenants are quiet. In the end, they blame everything on the tenants because they ignore everything. For example, laundry isn't possible in the building, there's no electricity over the weekend, and contacting the property is impossible. There was no building maintenance. The balcony couldn't be used for two years due to a broken shutter. The property was aware of the defects but didn't care. If you call, you get yelled at. People smoke marijuana in the building, and this wasn't addressed either, so I had to keep the windows closed all the time, even though I have two small daughters. My laundry card only cost 3-5 francs for three months, and then they even sue you. Unbelievable! Shame on you, Ruru Property!

I would not recommend RuRu Immobilien to anyone. They are very arrogant and pretentious. I wanted to inquire about an apartment, but they told me: "We will not rent an apartment to you!" Such real estate companies should have their management licenses revoked. They do not act in the best interests of the property owners.
