Si c'était possible, je ne lui donnerais pas du tout une étoile. J'ai reçu un email de Bigler Immobilien et je voulais signer le contrat, mais ensuite ils m'ont dit que je n'aurais finalement pas l'appartement, arguant que je ne serais pas adapté à l'immeuble à cause des enfants et que c'était trop bruyant... Très peu professionnel et tout simplement minable.

The apartment doesn't need to be cleaned. Bigler AG always finds a way to avoid returning the deposit. When I was leaving, they said I'd lost the key. We agreed to order a copy for 60-70 Fr. The bill for the lost key ended up being 1800 Fr!!! Until I complained, they didn't send the documents. Be careful!!!

We arranged an appointment to view the apartment, arrived at the property on time, and no one from the management showed up. When I inquired, they simply said that dogs weren't allowed, no apology, nothing at all.
