Je vous ai commandé deux plantes au nom de ma mère. Les mots de ma mère au téléphone : "Absolument fantastique, superbement emballé, arrivé en parfait état et tout était tout simplement génial. Pourriez-vous s'il vous plaît noter ?" Bien sûr que je le ferai. Si ma mère est heureuse, je le suis aussi. Merci pour votre excellent travail. Je commanderai certainement plus chez vous à l'avenir.
Le nouveau système de ramassage n'est pas recommandé. Il y a encore tellement de choses à améliorer !!! C'est très respectueux de l'environnement, mais il faut y aller plusieurs fois avant d'obtenir enfin le produit bio souhaité.
Très facile à trouver, le GPS vous guide jusqu'à la rampe et les gens sont très sympathiques.
Delivery was problem-free, but be careful with products that have expiration dates. Items are being shipped that expire within the same month. When this is pointed out, the only response is: "The product can be stored without any concerns and reused next year." Why even have an expiration date then? No attempt was made to take the product back. They take customer concerns seriously. We have found a solution.
Two grapevines, a small mirabelle plum tree, and a mini kiwi arrived in a postal package at my doorstep 48 hours later. Excellent delivery. Thank you!
