Un service tout simplement superbe 👍, que ce soit le lave-vaisselle, le four, le réfrigérateur ou la machine à laver. Tout est réparé professionnellement et sans complications. Le service offert par les appareils de marque (Miele, Bauknecht, VZug, etc.) n'est jamais à la hauteur. …
Bravo à M. Mumenthaler pour son service/conseil et son travail minutieux et précis. Le réfrigérateur fonctionne à nouveau parfaitement. Et tout cela à un coût inférieur à l'estimation. → Cela mérite une recommandation 5 étoiles !
For me, this is a perfect company, and Mr. Mumenthaler is a superb service technician—the best, in my opinion! He arrived, looked at the washing machine, and after 15 minutes told me a valve was defective, which he would have to order, and then the washing machine would be working again. If I had gone with the Miele or V-Zug technician, the first thing he would have said would have been: "You know, a 12-year-old machine isn't worth repairing anymore..." That's why I recommend supporting small businesses, and I can wholeheartedly recommend Willi Biser!

Very friendly, competent, and customer-oriented! The problem was solved after a phone call, the replacement part was picked up from Willi Biser Services, installed, and that was it! Excellent! I would gladly use their services again!
