Je me suis rendu aujourd'hui à l'agence Swiss Bankers à Grosshöchstetten pour demander comment ouvrir un compte, mais j'ai rencontré une femme très étrange travaillant à la banque qui m'a demandé de partir. Attention à ne pas vous y rendre pour ouvrir un compte ; il est préférable de le faire par téléphone, car vous pourriez être confronté à un comportement offensant qui gâcherait votre journée au lieu de vivre une expérience agréable en rejoignant une nouvelle banque.

J'ai rechargé les cartes uniquement pour que l'argent ne soit jamais reflété sur la carte. Après avoir attiré l'attention sur ce point, les cartes ont été bloquées et ce depuis au moins un mois d'allers-retours continus. Étant donné que j'avais des cartes bloquées il y a deux ans qui n'ont jamais été débloquées, mes espoirs que le problème soit résolu sont faibles. Problèmes inacceptables et service inacceptable de la part d'une société de traitement des paiements.

Zéro service client, l'application est pleine de bugs, ils ont reçu 3320 chf de mon argent depuis plus de 6 semaines et ne veulent pas transférer sur mon compte bancaire. C’est une escroquerie totale.

What a nightmare! Been trying to figure it out where did my recharge of a swissbankers travelcash went for about a week. Customer support is basically useless, giving the same answers over and over they will tell you everyday that will contact back and get your situation resolved but never happening. I highly recommend to everyone stay away

I am very disapointed with SWISS BANKERS. I’ve difficult to get a new PIN CODE as i don’t know my PIN CODE and I can’t do a payment when i have to do a payment and i need to put my PIN CODE. It was my husband making this card for me. They even doesn’t wanna mention to me who is the owner of the card or who is the person making this card because of the security reason. It was absolutely my husband. How can they don’t trust me. They even can have all my data if needed. I anyways won’t have brave to do stealing the money from other people if it’s not my money, otherwise i will be going into PRISON if i do stealing. I am very disappointed with SWISS BANKERS. I WILL NO MORE USING SWISS BANKERS!!! Their customer service doesn’t help and keep their customer stay forever!!! Say “NO” to SWISS BANKERS very disappointed. 💔💔💔💔💔
