La plus grande déception que j'ai jamais connue. Les e-mails ne reçoivent pas de réponse, vous êtes en attente pendant 45 minutes au téléphone et après quelques minutes d'attente, ils vous disent de venir en personne. Soit à 40 minutes de route, et selon Google, ils sont ouverts jusqu'à 18h00. Mais quand je suis arrivé, j'ai trouvé la porte verrouillée à 17h01. Très décevant et totalement peu professionnel. Si vous voulez ennuyer les clients, c'est exactement ce que vous faites.

Le 24 février 2023, à 10h15, j'étais à la boutique Quickline. Un merci très sincère pour le service exceptionnel! Je voudrais particulièrement citer Corinne Brüderli, Ramona Hitz et M. Trummer par leurs noms. Leur haut niveau de compétence et leur convivialité ne laissent absolument rien à désirer. Voilà à quoi devrait ressembler le service client. Bien cordialement, Bruno

It couldn't be more disrespectful, one of the employees grabbed my uncle by the arm and spoke to us cheekily as if we were animals, they lose customers so quickly because of such "good" employees, it's a shame, we only wanted to discuss a problem but because our German wasn't so good we weren't taken seriously.

Friendly, courteous service They didn't have my phone case, which I also wanted to replace, but they did have two places where I could try my luck. One of my customers, apparently an older, non-tech-savvy lady, quickly had the COVID-19 certificate installed on her phone. All-round service...
