Notre repas faisait partie de la demi-pension, les options de menu ont donc été améliorées par rapport à celles proposées aux nombreux groupes de touristes assis parmi nous. Le service est très germanique dans la mesure où il est rapide et percutant. Les serveurs étaient serviables et parlaient plusieurs langues européennes. Cela dit, notre repas était une option par plat et le serveur principal avait du mal à obtenir une traduction précise, mais suffisante. Ce n'était pas un repas copieux mais assez sympa, dans un environnement plutôt sympa.

L’un des pires endroits que j’ai jamais visité de ma vie. Ils ne méritent pas une étoile Michelin. 1. Le poisson que nous avons commandé pour un enfant était EXPIRÉ. Cela sentait la poubelle et avait un goût. 2. Lorsque nous avons demandé à le remplacer par un hamburger pour enfants, la viande du hamburger était crue. Viande crue pour enfant !!!! 3. « Wok de légumes au sésame » s’est avéré être des légumes crus flottant littéralement dans l’huile, sans goût, sans sésame du tout, avec des morceaux brûlés, comme s’il s’agissait d’un plat d’accompagnement inachevé de quelqu’un. 4. Le steak était en caoutchouc.

So sad. This place used to be owned and operated by a lovely couple that poured their heart and soul into it and provided a magical experience. Since then it was apparently bought buy a large corporation who has sucked the soul out of it and ruined a once fantastic restaurant. The service was atrocious. We waited 2 hours for salads to arrive. Half the table got drinks immediately, the other half an hour later. Food came out hap hazardly and not as described on the menu. When it was bright to the waiter’s attention that the meal delivered was not at all as described in the menu he simply laughed and said, “the chef is in a mood tonight.” Multiple tables were sending their meals back. The place was sad and half empty. The efforts to cut corners and reduce costs were evident everywhere. All members of our party instantly felt sick after the meal. Just heartbreaking to see such a lovely restaurant ruined.

Only 4 reviews by the time we ate here. Completely disagreed with the two 1 star reviews complaining about service so thought Id chime in. Very happy with the experience. Breathtaking view, friendly and impressively multilingual staff who were highly knowledgeable of the menu and offered a great wine recommendation. Food was delicious. Highly recommend!

Everything we ordered today was soooo awesome! Delicious all the way from bread, starter, steak, pork chop and crème brûlée.
