Je me suis arrêté chez Jossi sur Hope1000.ch, ayant désespérément besoin d'un nouveau pneu. Il a tout laissé tomber et s'est occupé de mon Scott Spark 10. Il avait le bon pneu prêt, et même des plaquettes de frein pour les freins de 10 ans en stock. Excellent service et cela ne coûte presque rien.
Merci beaucoup pour votre aide spontanée avec mon système de porte-bagages. Nous étions de passage de Berne à Lucerne. Quand j'ai demandé si quelqu'un avait un moment à perdre, le mécanicien a répondu : « Je vais prendre le temps ». Un service absolument excellent, et en plus il ne voulait qu'un peu d'argent pour le matériel. Je suis heureux de laisser plus que ça. Cordialement... Matthu

Abysmal service! I don't usually say or rate anyone like this. BUT anyone who so reluctantly responds to a request with the answer "I don't have it" and considers it over and done with hasn't even begun to understand the purpose of service. It's their responsibility to procure the requested parts if possible, not to dismiss them with the curt "I don't have it." Even more serious is the fact that, according to the manufacturer, Jossi is the official authorized repair shop!
...spontaneously provided us with spare parts and tools, and with his help, saved our bike day! Very pleasant and highly recommended.
