Lors de notre rénovation, Schneeberger Tiefbau GmbH a réalisé la démolition de la partie existante du bâtiment, une partie du démontage intérieur et les travaux d'excavation. Les travaux ont été réalisés avec le plus grand soin et à notre entière satisfaction. Le propriétaire était toujours disponible pour répondre aux questions et suggérait toujours des solutions sensées et pragmatiques. Toute l'équipe a fait un travail remarquable ! Merci beaucoup.

Suite aux dégâts causés par la tempête, nous avons fait remplacer la route d'accès et les entrées des bâtiments par l'entreprise Schneeberger. Ils ont également relié la maison à la station d’épuration. Les travaux de pavage ont été réalisés par la société Weibel (devis/facture pour le compte de Schneeberger). Les travaux ont été réalisés à notre entière satisfaction et nos demandes particulières (solutions plus simples, canaux de drainage supplémentaires pour éviter les futurs ruissellements d'eau) ont été mises en œuvre sans aucun problème.

We had our 40-year-old garage and patio area paved with new interlocking pavers. A new garden ramp was also built and paved with interlocking pavers. We weren't entirely satisfied with the work. There were several defects, some of which are briefly described here: unevenness, pavers not laid straight and insufficient mixing of the pavers, new drains that were too high and too low, the drainpipe that was too high, and topsoil that hadn't been sifted and contained a lot of broken glass. Rectifying these issues was correspondingly strenuous and time-consuming. The entire project was quite expensive, definitely on the higher end. I would strongly advise getting any verbal agreements in writing. I recommend using a construction contract according to SIA 118 standards so that defects can be reported at any time.
