Le personnel était hostile et arrogant et ne montrait aucune volonté d'aider. Les marchandises encombrantes devaient être déchargées devant le hall puis transportées dans tout le hall sans aucune aide.
Great, large recycling center and friendly, helpful staff. A lot can be disposed of free of charge – including paper and cardboard. The other disposal fees are reasonable. I'm very satisfied.

You can no longer return beverage cartons for free – you have to use plastic again, meaning a bag, which of course isn't free. When I asked the staff why this was the case, they replied: "Because it is." Incredibly unprofessional! This just shows me that there's no specific reason other than to rip customers off for another CHF 10 – for plastic bags to dispose of a raw material that was previously free. Well, then the stuff just goes back into the garbage, where it's incinerated.
