Nous sommes quatre dans ma famille et je peux vous assurer que nous avons toujours de l'eau chaude en abondance. Il y a eu récemment un problème mineur, que M. Giuseppe a pu résoudre rapidement, même le week-end. Par conséquent, une excellente note tant pour sa réactivité que pour le produit lui-même. Je le recommande vivement.

Our Oekoboiler broke down on the very last working day of the year – a particularly inconvenient time when you wouldn't normally expect any support. So I was all the more pleasantly surprised by the exceptionally friendly and helpful contact I received over the phone. From the very first conversation, I felt that my concern was being taken seriously and that they genuinely wanted to help. Despite the end-of-year stress, I received immediate assistance. No long waiting times, no complicated procedures – simply straightforward and customer-oriented. Within just a few hours, a technician was at our door. He worked very professionally, explained the problem clearly, and was able to fix the defect quickly and permanently. I would especially like to emphasize the company's goodwill: Although the damage was outside the warranty period, the repair was handled without any additional costs. Excellent service. We bought a boiler three years ago. Recently, a probe failed. Despite the warranty having expired, Okoboiler came all the way to Basel to replace the probe – free of charge. Very good customer service; we highly recommend them.

I would particularly like to commend Oekoboiler's goodwill: Although the damage occurred outside the warranty period, the repair was organized and carried out at no additional cost. Furthermore, it cannot be ruled out that the defect in the fan was also related to neglected filter cleaning – which makes this fair and straightforward solution all the more appreciative. A special thank you to Mr. Wasem: Although he is actually a customer service representative, he also understands customer service and carried out the repair himself. Such customer-oriented cooperation is rare these days. For me, this clearly demonstrates that customer satisfaction is truly a priority at Oekoboiler.
