J'ai récemment acheté une voiture là-bas. Ce fut une excellente expérience d'achat, de l'essai routier jusqu'à la livraison de la voiture. Malgré cela, j'y suis allé sans rendez-vous préalable, ils ont passé suffisamment de temps pour me présenter différentes options et l'essai routier a été organisé le même jour. Robert Haas et Ivan Sacca sont exceptionnellement bons en matière de service client. + Service très sympathique + Facile à approcher + Pas pressé + Prix compétitif + Meilleure offre d'échange pour mon ancienne voiture Très apprécié. We were traveling from Austria to Milano and suddenly we had a defect with sensor of the suspension , we stopped in Land Rover service in Milan but unfortunately they didn’t want to give us an appointment to fix the car because we didn’t have appointment and told us to wait for couple of days which was very disappointing for us, as never expected that from an auto servis, then I thought to go to Zurich at Land Rover where I bought the car, we called Mr Beqiri the worker of the service at Künzler & Sauber AG,thankfully he was so helpful and kind to us, the defect was repaired for a quick time and we drove back home safely. Would like again to thank Mr Beqiri and the owner Mr Haas for his warm hospitality and great customer service.

Was a superior experience! I've purchased many vehicles over the years and have never had better treatment that what I had with Kunzler & Suaber. Robert Haas was exceptional and went over and above in service and interacting with me. Particularly when I came to the dealership to pick up my Land Rover, I felt like a king! The car was under a red cover and Robert personally, with another person, whisked it off with a flourish! What a presentation. Would definitely buy from them again.
