Concernant la gestion des appartements : Malheureusement, tout avance très lentement. Sans protection juridique et sans adhésion à une association de locataires, ce n'est pas très agréable. Parfois, vous n'obtenez pas de réponse. La question du travail de gardien est très incertaine et indéfinie, mais ils acceptent volontiers un paiement. C'est dommage car les appartements sont effectivement sympas.
