Service fantastique du début à la fin! J'ai acheté une tente de toit James Baroud chez Carcamp il y a environ deux ans. Max m'a alors donné d'excellents conseils et m'a fait visiter le showroom. La livraison a été super rapide et je suis toujours satisfait du produit. Cette semaine, j'ai commandé en ligne le sac de rangement pour tente de toit assorti et j'ai été très surpris lorsqu'il est arrivé aujourd'hui via DHL. Service au top et produits au top. D’autres entreprises pourraient vraiment apprendre une ou deux choses de vous. Merci beaucoup! Je reviendrai certainement. Acclamations!
Perfect and competent service! My Hummer H2, now equipped with an "XL James Baroud," was a bit of a challenge today. But Yannick handled everything perfectly. The selection in the on-site shop is also fantastic.
Beautiful and practical showroom. They give excellent advice. A crane is available for self-assembly. Since we had a problem with our roof tent, they helped us immediately and provided us with a new one under warranty. That's what I call excellent all-round service. You don't find that everywhere anymore. Thank you!
