J'ai vécu une expérience vraiment merveilleuse chez Laura Kirchhofer en achetant un cadeau spécial pour ma petite amie. Dès mon arrivée, l'atmosphère était chaleureuse et accueillante et le personnel m'a immédiatement mis à l'aise. Je cherchais quelque chose d'élégant et de significatif, et ils m'ont patiemment guidé à travers une superbe sélection de bijoux, en prenant le temps d'expliquer les détails et les qualités de chaque pièce. Au final, j'ai choisi un magnifique collier de tanzanite, il était absolument fascinant et je savais qu'il serait parfait. Ce qui m'a vraiment marqué, c'est à quel point l'équipe était compétente et véritablement enthousiaste. Ils n’ont pas seulement essayé de me vendre quelque chose ; ils m'ont aidé à trouver la pièce qui me convenait. Je recommande fortement de rendre visite à Laura Kirchhofer si vous recherchez quelque chose de spécial, avec les conseils de personnes qui se soucient vraiment de ce qu'elles font. I bought a Tissot watch from Laura Kirchhofer for my wedding anniversary and I'm absolutely thrilled. I received a warm welcome as soon as I entered the shop, without it feeling pushy. Ms. Hänni's advice was expert and very patient – she showed me various options, including explanations of the materials and how best to choose a watch for the occasion. I especially appreciated that Ms. Hänni (the branch manager) took the time to address my individual needs. What I find fantastic is that the shop has an engraving machine and can complete any engraving request right there on-site in just a few minutes. The price is absolutely fair, and you can tell that quality and customer satisfaction are their top priorities. I will definitely be back – whether for jewelry repairs or my next special gift.

The waitress was inattentive and preferred chatting with colleagues to serving us. After a long wait, when we were finally noticed, I got the feeling they weren't interested in selling us a necklace, but rather in getting rid of us as quickly as possible so she could continue chatting. I was advised to look for a suitable necklace online. They probably don't get a commission for that... as long as they're sitting around in the store looking good...
