Mon partenaire et moi avons récemment été référés à Urs Dubach pour nous aider à remplacer une montre Certina volée lors d'un cambriolage. Malheureusement, il n'y avait pas d'agent local pour Certina en Nouvelle-Zélande et nous n'étions pas prêts à acheter une montre « de marque » sur Internet au risque d'acheter une mauvaise imitation. Nous avons contacté Certina directement via leur site Web et avons été dirigés vers Urs. Il a été extrêmement serviable et rassurant. Nous avons fourni toutes les informations dont nous avions besoin avec des instructions claires et dans les meilleurs délais.
