Alors on lui a dit environ 600 ? Vraiment mauvais.
I found the shop on Internet after I got a flat tire in the area of Interlaken. I needed to replace the tire because it had a hole and I didn't want to take the risk to ruine another tube while climbing the Grimsel or the Furka , I was in a hurry, I needed to be in Andermatt before the end of the afternoon. They had the one I wanted on stock and allowed me to use their mechanic stand to replace my tire! That helped me a lot, I could continue my ride without stress! By the way the shop is very nice!
I stopped by the shop on a mountain bike holiday in the area for some brake pads. My Specialized Levo was wearing through the rear pads in no time and Specialized's web site listed Riem Bike as the only official dealer in this part of Switzerland. I went out of my way to pay them a visit. Very nice looking shop, everything Specialized you could imagine and no other brands. I asked for some replacement pads for a Levo Expert and was very promptly given a box of Sram pads. Upon replacing them later that night I find the ones I bought from Riem Bike were completely different. This is more feedback for the shop management than a review, but it was disappointing that a shop that has invested so much with Specialized can't provide the correct basic part. To make matters worse the price of the pads was double what I would expect to pay back home, but I'm too far away now to return them.
I had a little problem with my rear gear during my holidays and they fixed it very quick. Now the gear is working great! Thank you!
