La qualité des couteaux est exceptionnelle : durable, tranchante et fidèle à la réputation Victorinox. Le service client était également exceptionnel ; le personnel était compétent, sympathique et s'est mis en quatre pour nous aider à trouver exactement ce dont nous avions besoin. Du début à la fin, tout s'est déroulé sans problème et avec professionnalisme !

I highly recommend this place for purchasing souvenirs in Interlaken! I really love Freitag bags, and this store gave me a hard time choosing only a couple of items from so many different designs. Eventually, I grabbed the famous mountain cups at a reasonable price. All the goods are well organized, and the staff are very nice, of course. The staff explained the products and tax benefits in great detail. It was truly a perfect experience in Interlaken.
