J'ai récemment lancé l'académie de produits avec quelques femmes inspirantes. En peu de temps, Tanja et tous les conférenciers, coachs et mentors ont apporté une très grande valeur. Cette valeur était importante pour les deux sous-groupes : les nouveaux et aspirants chefs de produit et les chefs de produit plus expérimentés. La combinaison de devoirs, d'exercices de groupe pendant la journée et de temps de réflexion à la fin rend ce parcours d'apprentissage incroyablement puissant. Je recommande de travailler avec Product Academy si vous recherchez une courbe d'apprentissage abrupte pour améliorer vos compétences et votre sagesse en matière de produit.
Je suis entré à la Product Academy en tant que Product Manager avec plus de 4 ans d'expérience dans le domaine. Le cours m'a aidé à façonner mon processus de réflexion et ma vision de ce à quoi devrait ressembler le travail de gestion de projet de pointe. C'est une expérience d'apprentissage merveilleusement élaborée avec différentes méthodes d'apprentissage et des conférenciers inspirants pendant les journées où tout le monde se rencontre en personne. We had an inspiring in-house training on hypothesis-driven product management that was tailored to our own product challenges. My team and I have learnt a lot and we are now incorporating the insights into our daily work. Great job, Tanja! I also took the Coaching Fundamentals course led by Arjanna without knowing much about coaching. I feel I have become a better listener. Practicing coaching with different methods and mindsets has also taught me a lot about myself, including my strengths, my saboteurs and how to deal with both of them. Thank you so much, Arjanna!
