Tout s'est bien passé du début à la fin. De la demande de devis au déménagement lui-même, je me suis senti très à l'aise. L’ensemble du processus a été extrêmement efficace. L'équipe est si bien coordonnée ; chaque mouvement est parfaitement exécuté. L'entreprise m'a été recommandée et je la recommanderais également à d'autres. Chapeau bas, vous faites un travail fantastique !
Déménagement dans la ville de Lucerne. Nouvel emplacement sans ascenseur (2e étage). Merci à l'équipe Gafner pour le déménagement en douceur. Tout s'est parfaitement déroulé. Merci à Manuel et Marina pour leurs conseils et leur flexibilité. Un immense merci à l'équipe de déménagement ! Ils travaillaient efficacement, avec beaucoup de soin, étaient de bonne humeur et étaient incroyablement forts à tous points de vue. Bien joué! Fortement recommandé!
Une équipe motivée, fiable, solide, simple et calme a géré le déménagement partiel avec aplomb. Le déménagement a finalement coûté environ CHF 400.00 de plus, malgré une visite préalable sur place. Néanmoins, je ferais à nouveau appel à l'équipe de Gafner GmbH, car elle m'a fourni des conseils et une assistance utiles, et son sens de l'humour était également un plus. Excellent travail. The communication was quick, friendly, and highly professional. Marina took plenty of time to advise us over the phone and give us helpful tips, even though we hadn't scheduled an appointment yet. You can immediately tell that they work with a lot of dedication and a customer-focused approach. We would be happy to work with Gafner again in the future and can definitely recommend them!
It couldn't be better! Truly professional from start to finish. A very friendly team that mastered even the most difficult access routes (narrow alleys, steep, narrow driveway). The moving goods were handled very carefully; everything was well padded, secured, loaded, and carefully carried by the team. No scratches or other damage, simply smooth and, above all, super efficient! The move was completed within a few hours (including the longer journey).
