Je suis un client fidèle de ce service d’abonnement automobile depuis trois ans et je ne pourrais pas être plus satisfait de cette expérience. Dès le début, ils ont proposé une sélection impressionnante de véhicules, tous en parfait état, comme en témoignent le lot bien entretenu et la gamme diversifiée de voitures sur les photos. Que j’aie besoin d’un modèle différent pour une occasion spécifique ou que je veuille simplement essayer quelque chose de nouveau, la flexibilité qu’ils m’ont offerte a été exceptionnelle. L'installation elle-même est toujours organisée et professionnelle, comme vous pouvez le constater, où les voitures sont bien rangées et facilement accessibles. Le point culminant est leur terrain spacieux et propre, qui reflète le soin qu'ils accordent à chaque aspect de leur service. Le service client a toujours été de premier ordre : des réponses rapides, un personnel amical et des processus transparents font de faire affaire avec eux un plaisir. Et tout cela a un coût très raisonnable, ce qui en fait une alternative simple et abordable à la possession d’une voiture traditionnelle. Je recommande fortement ce service à tous ceux qui recherchent une expérience d'abonnement automobile pratique et fiable !

Good morning I rented a car through SimpCar for an extended period. The entire process and the communication with the employees regarding service or tire changes were always excellent. It's also worth noting that SimpCar's prices are ideal and not overpriced. Returning the car didn't incur any surprisingly high costs either. I can only recommend this to anyone interested in a car subscription.
We heard about the new option of renting a car for an extended period and were curious to try it out, as we didn't own a car at the time. Automobile-Wohlensee was recommended to me by our insurance agent. My initial contact with Mr. Ismajli from Automobile-Wohlensee was very professional. Mr. Ismajli was very friendly and offered me several options for the rental car subscription. They are very customer-oriented, offer high-quality service, and are always ready to help! After a few months, my car rental subscription was transferred to SimpCar AG. I was a little nervous, but the service quality was also excellent. Mr. Nemanja Sobajic was always very friendly and customer-focused. If I need a car subscription again in the future, I will definitely go with SimpCar. Thank you very much for the great service!
Very easy to process, honest and friendly staff, and reasonable prices. Plus, great service: I put a screw in my tire on Saturday evening, and the employee called right away on Sunday morning. I'd be happy to come back!
