La première expérience n'a pas été bonne du tout car au début, ils indiquent un prix unique et une fois tous les travaux terminés, ils doubleront le prix. Normalement, ils devraient nous informer s'il y a une différence de prix comme (double prix), afin que nous puissions voir si nous voulons continuer ou non, plutôt que de nous dire ou de nous informer, ils ont fait tout le travail et enfin le prix est double, maintenant je ne peux pas revenir en arrière ni dire non plutôt que de payer ce qu'ils ont dit. Je ne le recommanderai à personne. MAUVAISE Expérience🙏

Unfortunately, I have to agree with the negative reviews regarding the lack of cooperation and poor communication. I bought a used car (the advice I received was very friendly). After exactly two months, the car broke down. I contacted the garage, which, despite the purchase contract being without a warranty, assured me they would cover the costs and instructed me to have the car repaired at our local garage. They would then reimburse me as a goodwill gesture after I submitted the invoice. Initially, I was very pleased with this promise and, in good faith, trusted the garage's word. After several weeks of repairs at our local garage, I received an invoice for CHF 2,000 (which was one-fifth of the car's value). When I submitted the invoice, the garage reneged on their promise and offered to cover approximately CHF 700. They claimed I had nothing in writing regarding the reimbursement and that "the car was running when I picked it up," in a rather unfriendly phone call, both in tone and content. Only CHF 660 was actually transferred. So, the promised amount was not honored twice. All in all, a very negative experience.
The car I inspected was completely unclean inside. After the inspection and test drive, the salesperson was very friendly but somewhat unsympathetic regarding the defects. Later, when it came to negotiating the price, I had to wait a few days until the salesperson returned from vacation, only to find out that the car had already been reserved and subsequently sold. Two stars for the friendly welcome; the rest of the interaction was unprofessional.
